Description:

Berdasarkan latar belakang fokus masalah yang diidentifikasi diantaranya: 1. Kurangnya motivasi yang diberikan atasan terhadap karyawan membuat karyawan kurang bersemangat dalam melakaukan pekerjaan sehingga mengakibatkan kinerjanya kurang baik atau menurun. 2. Rendahnya kompensasi yang diberikan sehingga karyawan merasa kurang puas terhadap pekerjaan mereka sehingga membuat karyawan kurang optimal dalam bekerja. 3. Kurangnya pemahaman karyawan bahwa kinerja masing�masing karyawan selalu dinilai sehingga karyawan bekerja kurang maksimal.
